About Tevva’s Graduate and Skill Development Programmes
Flexible Upskilling Opportunities
Tevva provides flexible upskilling opportunities, employing new graduates as well as more experienced staff, including short term paid internships so employees and Tevva can assess suitability for longer term employment.
Graduate Training Programme
Tevva has introduced a Graduate Training Programme – one of the first participants, Daniel did not have a degree but has been upskilled on-the-job at Tevva and achieved the required level to be accepted onto the programme.
Our development training programme allows us to strengthen those skills that each employee needs to improve and Tevva are committed to encourage further development and education and continue to sponsor and encourage the participation in day-release programmes, for example an engineering MSc for one staff member. Building a high-level skill base is key to the future expansion of Tevva.
We asked Daniel what’s the best thing about working at Tevva?
Daniel says, “I am constantly exposed to the latest, exciting vehicle technology. There are many opportunities for progression, and good, structured support in place. The team in place is extremely knowledgeable, but also completely willing to stop and take the time to share their knowledge. Being a young, flexible company there is a real opportunity to “make your mark” and influence change when you notice you can improve on something.”
We asked our Head of HR & Culture, Jacqui about the programme and what it entails…
Our graduate structure is a 3-year programme, with a review at each quarter, we evaluate and validate the employee’s knowledge, experience and skills that they learn along their career path with us. They will have exposure to many different areas within the EV industry.
